Our Commitment
Cura Capital Consultants Ltd is committed to ensuring that our website — www.curacapital.in — is accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities. We recognise digital accessibility as a fundamental investor right, consistent with SEBI's circular dated 31 July 2025 mandating digital accessibility standards for all regulated entities.
We are actively working to align our digital platform with the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW), and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016.
Applicable Standards
Our accessibility efforts are guided by the following frameworks mandated by SEBI:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA — The international benchmark for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust web content.
- GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites) — India's standard for accessible and usable government and regulated-sector websites.
- IS 17802:2022 — Indian Standard for accessible information and communication technology products and services.
- RPwD Act, 2016 — Sections 40, 42, and 46 and Rule 15(1)(c) of the RPwD Rules, 2017, which require accessible digital infrastructure for persons with disabilities.
Current Conformance Status
Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are in the process of completing a formal third-party accessibility audit and remediating identified issues. The table below summarises the current state of key accessibility features:

Known Limitations
We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to address them:
- Some calculator interactive components may not fully support all screen reader interactions. We are reviewing and updating these.
- Certain embedded third-party content (such as booking widgets) may not meet our accessibility standards. We are working with vendors to remediate this.
- Legacy downloadable documents are being progressively replaced with accessible tagged PDFs.
Assistive Technology Support
Our website is designed to work with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: NVDA and JAWS on Windows; VoiceOver on macOS and iOS; TalkBack on Android.
- Keyboard-only navigation: All interactive elements are accessible without a mouse.
- Browser zoom: Content reflows correctly at up to 200% zoom without loss of functionality.
- High-contrast mode: Supported through the operating system's built-in high-contrast settings.

SEBI Regulatory Compliance
As a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Cura Capital is subject to SEBI's digital accessibility mandate under its circular dated 31 July 2025. Our compliance roadmap includes:
- Identifying all digital platforms used for investor interaction — completed.
- Engaging an IAAP-certified accessibility auditor for a formal third-party audit — in progress.
- Remediating identified issues in line with WCAG 2.1 Level AA — ongoing.
- Submitting annual accessibility compliance reports to BSE Limited (our reporting authority as an Investment Adviser) within 30 days of fiscal year-end — committed.
